This year’s FREE TO ENTER mixed terrain Kid is a fantastic, challenging family route of 22km which will take place on quiet drove roads and country lanes. A tough mixed terrain route for families of little mountain Goats. There is a new section called Silly Dale (really 😉 that is fab. Tell the kids it’s quarter of a mile of climbing. Worth preparing for!

PLEASE NOTE – a landslip has closed the road to traffic from Great Hucklow to Bretton – we have negotiated a ‘walking pass’ through the road block with marshals to assist. The Feed Station will be close to here too.
Make sure your kids know how to ride on a landrover track and are ready for some pushing, some tricky grassy downhill singletrack and trail – nice and easy and no racing, both the grown-ups and the little acorns will really enjoy the mix of surface and scenery.
To finish, there is a special and very beautiful ‘one day only’ section on 2 km of private farm track and trail, linking Bank Top and Mag Clough farms – our good friends love to see the younger goats once a year.

If you don’t fancy the rough tracks there is a ‘tarmac only’ route map available; let us know, we will make a GPX available the week before.
